Cheesy Ground Beef & Mushroom Potato Fries

You've never had fries like this! Frozen French-fried potatoes are baked and covered in a cheesy sauce made with sautéed ground beef, onions and mushrooms.

What You Need

4
cups  frozen french fried potatoes
1
lb.  lean ground beef
1
 onion, chopped
1
pkg.  (8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
1
jar  (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

COOK fries as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain. Add mushrooms; cook 4 to 5 min. or until tender. Stir in sauce; cook 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

TRANSFER fries to baking dish; top with meat sauce and cheese. Bake 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
