Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this but changed alot. I made this but changed alot. I used hamburger instead of ham, velveta instead of cheez whiz and ritz crackers instead of stuffing and it was great. I fried up a pound of hamburger with some onion flakes, salt & pepper. Then mix in the broccoli and made my first layer. Then poured the soup over it and a thin layer of velveta cheese. Since I didn't have stuffing on hand, I crushed one of the packages of Ritz cracker and mixed it with about 2 T of melted butter and covered the top and baked it for the same amount of time. My husband and I loved it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a great recipe and my husband loved it. This was a great recipe and my husband loved it. I did switch it up a little bit and used fresh broccoli that I steamed for about 5 minutes, I used shredded cheese instead of Cheese WHIZ and I used Savory Herb Stuffing. Next time I'll probably use Velveeta (it was a little dry with the shredded cheese) and add some onions. I'll definitely stick with the Savory Herb stuffing as it added nice flavors.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I did not make this exactly as the recipe stated. I did not make this exactly as the recipe stated. I did not use the Cheese whiz, I put shredded cheese on top of the broccoli and ham mixed with the soup. Next time I'll use reduced sodium soup though, it was too salty for us. Otherwise, it was pretty good. I used left over Easter ham in this. Very easy and fast to make.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Switched the recipe up a little, Cheez Whiz sounded gross so I used Shredded Cheddar instead. Switched the recipe up a little, Cheez Whiz sounded gross so I used Shredded Cheddar instead. I also used the Stove Top Pork Stuffing since some people said the Cornbread tasted odd. Hubby loved it! It was pretty good, I didn't find it to be bland at all as others had stated. Will make this one again.

I have been making something similar to this for years, but this does not look like it would taste very good. I use a box of augratin potatoes following the directions on the box, then I add diced ham and frozen broccoli florets and bake. My family loves my version.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This tasted really good. This tasted really good. I love dishes that are quick and easy to make. My husband bought a huge ham over the weekend so this is what I made with the leftovers. I didnt have cheez wiz but I had something similar, salsa con queso. it added extra zip to the dish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this last night and it was a big hit at the table! I made this last night and it was a big hit at the table! I used 6 oz. of Velveeta instead of Cheese WHIZ because I already had Velveeta at the house. I also used leftover ham. I spent $5 at the grocery to make this meal, very budget friendly and filling!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband & I both liked it. My husband & I both liked it. I made it with fresh cooked broccoli and Savory Herb stuffing. Also, I would make it with a little less water in the stuffing next time. I think I'll try it with Cream of Broccoli instead of Cream of Mushroon.
