Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min. of the pasta cooking time.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Stir in flour; cook and stir 2 min. or until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk; bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheeses; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.
  • Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Stir in cheese sauce and ham; spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Serving Suggestion

Round out the meal with a crisp, mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

Substitute

Substitute 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheese (any variety) for both the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

Special Extra

Prepare casserole in foil-lined baking dish, making sure there is enough foil extending over edges of dish to cover and seal. Freeze casserole until firm. Remove from dish; wrap tightly with foil. Place foil-wrapped casserole in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Label and date. When ready to thaw, unwrap frozen casserole and return to original baking dish. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, then bake as directed just before serving.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No oven temp listed. Made this last night, and my husband loved it. For those who may be beginner cooks, though, you should list the oven temp at which to bake this. I baked mine at 325 degrees F for 18 minutes, and I thought it was just right. But, not everyone might automatically know what temp oven to use.
