  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine ham and cheese in large bowl.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Add to ham mixture; mix lightly. Spoon into 8 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until puffed and golden brown. Cool 10 min. before removing from pan. Serve warm.

Special Extra

Serve with your favorite sweet or savory condiment, such as honey; maple-flavored or pancake syrup; KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing; KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise; or mustard.


Substitute OSCAR MAYER Smoked Turkey Breast for the ham and KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for the cheddar cheese.


Instead of baking in muffin cups, spoon ham mixture into 8 mounds on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, then bake as directed.

They could stand a little improvement by adding more cheese and maybe someone's suggestion of onion powder. The 97-year-old I shared them with loved them! Easy to make and eat.Keep the ham small. I used left over Easter ham in chunks and it was hard to mix them in with the dough.

I have two picky sons and a husband who does not like ham. I had no complaints at all when I made these for dinner. As a matter of fact, both my boys asked me if I would make it again soon and maybe for breakfast. This recipe is a definite winner in my house.
