Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a great, basic omelet. This is a great, basic omelet. I used the basic structure but of course added my own favorites. Red bell pepper, green onion, tomato, jalepaneo, and cubes of ham were included. There's a kraft video on making omelets that was really helpful for a first timer like myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tasty! ^-^ This was a very good recipe to make in F.A.C.S and we loved it but, I had a little bit of a hard time flipping it once it was folded. The low heat made it very easy to make but if you prefer high heat, it works good either way and adding spices and other condiments made it even better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this about 5 or 6 times now. I have made this about 5 or 6 times now. I love it. When I don't have the green onions I use chives. I also used some deli ham as well. My son even loves this and he is a very picky eater.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulishis We used this recipe in our FACS class. It turned out good. You can add extra stuff like onions, peppers, ham, and bacon. The only thing I would change about this is replace shredded cheese with a slice of American or Cheddar. This recipe was easy to follow and had all the measurements, times, and ingredients.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from omelet recipe review I tried this recipe in class yesterday, and my opinion on the subject matter of the omelet is that the recipe turned out rather good, with respect to the recipe it was easy to follow, but their were some mistakes made on behalf of me and my classmates.

The only adjustment I made with this recipe was I used 1/2 tbsp of margarine to grease the pan and I cut strips of sliced cheese because I was out of shredded. Still turned out great and it was EXTREMELY EASY!!
