I never previously posted any comments regarding a meal I made but I just couldn't skip saying something about this one. It was absolutely delicious and soooooooo easy to make. I eliminated green peppers since I was out of them and it still tasted great. I will simply add a little more cheese the next time I make it and that will be very soon! My husband wants me to make it for breakfast again tomorrow!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was delicious but I made a few changes to suit our tastes. This was delicious but I made a few changes to suit our tastes. First, I used a precooked 8oz. ham steak and sauteed it in a little butter, then just added the hashbrowns and once cooked, i added the chesse. So I really changed the basic recipe but my verison was delicious for the two of us! Thanks.

I used the O'Brien potatoes so I wouldn't have to chop green peppers and onions early in the morning. I used Turkey bacon and Turkey sausage, and lots of cheese. I really enjoyed it. The kids liked it but was not that crazy about it. Probably won't be making it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We all loved it! We all loved it! I was out of green pepper so I made it without the pepper. Next time I want to add the pepper. My only suggestions are: next time I'm going to thaw my potatoes more and (as my whole family are cheese lovers) I'm going to double the cheese.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprisingly good and simple. Surprisingly good and simple. We too would use double the cheese. I think just about any bacon would do, we purchased the center cut bacon as recommended, but didn't notice any special difference. This is on our list of meals to make again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tasted a little bland. Tasted a little bland. Added salt, pepper and garlic salt after first taste and it improved the taste dramatically. Next time I'll add those ingredients while cooking it. Served with eggs and toast. Made a quick easy dinner.

My sister gave me this recipe and we had it with pork loin steaks and a salad for a throw together meal with out of town relatives who came in for one night only. It was delicious and went great with the meal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! Excellent!!! Great taste and so easy to make. The bacon I bought didn't crisp up as I presumed it would but it didn't make a difference. I only added a slight bit of salt for taste.
