  • Spread onto cut surfaces of bread. Place on baking sheet.
  • Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese mixture is bubbly. Cut into 24 slices.

    I've been making this bread for 15+ years and it's always a hit. We use the Garlic & Herb packet rather than the Italian (too salty for us). You have to watch it under the broiler, though, as it get done quicker than you think. It's our favorite on nice, soft italian bread especially when the cheese is "just" melted and the bread is still soft.

    This recipe was SO salty and had way too much of the seasoning. I dont think I would even care for it with less seasoning on it.
