Even hot dogs need a change of pace once in a while. Why not give 'em a thrill with a topping of cheese, chopped plantains and chipotle-spiked mayo?

What You Need

tsp.  oil

small  plantains, chopped
2
cloves  garlic, minced
1/2
cup  drained canned black beans
2
 green onions, chopped

 OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Beef Franks
4
 KRAFT Singles, cut in half
8
 hot dog buns
1/4
cup  KRAFT Mayo Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

HEAT oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add plantains and garlic; cook 4 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in beans; cook and stir 1 min. Remove from heat; stir in onions. Cover to keep warm.

GRILL franks 7 to 9 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally and topping with Singles half for the last minute.

PLACE franks in buns; top with plantain mixture and mayonnaise.

For an extra kick, stir 1 tsp. of your favorite hot sauce into mayonnaise.

While Singles are melting on the franks, toast buns on the grill.
