  • Place potatoes in large saucepan. Add enough water to completely cover potatoes. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • Drain potatoes; return to saucepan. Mash well.
  • Add remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.

Storage Know-How

Leftovers should be stored, covered, in the refrigerator. To reheat, cover loosely and microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.

    All I've got to say is WOW. I made this for thanksgiving and I will make this again! Very simple and easy to make. I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!

    It's very good, but as do all potatoes, it cools off fast. Once it cools off, it's not very good, so you have to eat them quickly or you've wasted the time making them.

    This was really easy to make and delicious! I added a little bit of cream cheese and didn't measure anything. Just added spoonfulls of cheese sauce and milk until I liked the texture and taste. My husband said this has to be a weekly side dish now. Fine with me, it was that easy and good!
