Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is extremely easy and so tasty! This recipe is extremely easy and so tasty! I have made it twice and my family absolutely loved it! There are three of us and there were no leftovers! The only change I made was I used ground turkey instead of beef. Be sure to drain the grease/fat from the pan after taking it out of the oven the first time or it will be greasy. Also, be sure your aluminum foil is shiny side up to help with even heating. The foil also helps for easier clean-up.

These burgers were very good and the only reason that this does not get the full "Five" stars is because it was very messy and greasy while baking. Make sure you use the foil and cooking spray otherwise they will stick. To drain I blotted the burgers on paper towels. Also, my husbad stated that he would rather have a regular size burger on a bun.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I made the recipe as it was. I made the recipe as it was. I was disappionted in the taste of the burgers. I have two kids and usually anything having to do with burgers is a hit. The meat was lacking a little flavor for our taste. I would add more seasonings in addition to the garlic if I made it again but I do not think I will end up cooking this one again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great kid-friendly/toddler-friendly meal. This is a great kid-friendly/toddler-friendly meal. For easier prepping/moist patties, try using a small cookie scoop to form the burgers. Less handling = softer/more moist patties. Also, you can substitute a pinch of mustard powder or seasoning salt for the garlic and it makes it taste more like a mini burger!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It went over really well in my house of 4 young boys. It went over really well in my house of 4 young boys. Everyone tried it which is a really big acheivement in itself. I did substitute ground turkey for beef and brown rice for white rice. But still was a nice change from the usuals. Different but not too different for picky eaters.

Adjustments needed: one egg, must drain after 10 min.cooking and double (if not triple) the cheese in with the meat. Otherwise it taste like meatloaf. With those adjustments, it was really good and my family asked for it again. I made it with homemade mac-n-cheese. Yummy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was very delicious! This recipe was very delicious! The mini-burgers stayed very moist in the oven. I made this recipe just for my boyfriend and I, but I just used less rice. This was the right amount of hamburger for the 2 of us, so I would recommend larger amounts for a larger family.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent alternative to big hamburgers. Excellent alternative to big hamburgers. My daughter loved them because they were small enough for her to handle easy and the meat was in a good proportion unlike regular burgers which are too big and meaty for her to eat easily. Easy to prepare, quick, and tasty.
