STEVE: refrigerated biscuits in a tube.

I used brown and serve sausages instead of hot dogs ---------and to all of the comments that the biscuit dough was not done: I ALWAYS use a tube pan, I I always break the biscuits into at least six pieces, and I always add to the time. ********* dough takes the longest of the tube biscuits to bake.

The overall concept of the bread was fun to make with kids, but I had the same problem as some of the other reviewers with the bread being raw in the middle after 30 min in the oven. I found a package of refrigerated biscuits labeled 'monkey bread' and used those for the recipe (4 tubes in the package equalling the amount stated to use for the dough). It seems the amount of dough recommended in the recipe is too much for the baking time or it would cook better in a tube pan. What was cooked did disappear.
