Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this dish with a couple changes. I made this dish with a couple changes. I added garlic powder, little salt, chopped onion to the meat when browning. Then completed the dish. My husband and I both loved it and as he said it is a "keeper". This is quick and easy to prepare.

I made this for myself and my husband and found that the recipe had a fair amount of prep time. I added refried beans to the recipe and it was good. One of my complaints is that the chips on the top layer did stayed crunchy, which made the casserole harder to eat. Also, make sure you SPRAY THE BOTTOM OF YOUR PAN WITH NON-STICK SPRAY! The recipe does not mention this, but it you don't spray it, your chips will stick! Overall, the recipe was good. I like my Mexican food spicy, so instead of just using diced tomatoes, I used Rotel. It added the extra spice needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is an excellent recipe that my whole family (who is very picky) loved! This is an excellent recipe that my whole family (who is very picky) loved! In fact, I had misplaced this recipe (probably threw it out by accident) and have been frantically trying to find it. Today I remembered it was a kraft recipe and did a search, and wa-la! I found it! My whole family will be thrilled :-) ... One note ... we found the recipe was better with using the tortilla chips to scoop up the taco mix, rather than baking them in the dish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE BEST I FOLLOWED RECIPE BUT ADDED SMALL CAN CORN AND SMALL CAN OF SLICED BLACK OLIVES. THEN I DO NOT BAKE IT BECAUSE IT DRIES IT OUT TOO MUCH. I JUST BROWN THE MEAL, ADD THE BALANCE OF INGREDIENTS AND CONTINUE MIXING ON THE STOVE. AND IT COMES OUT PERFECT!!

I added refried beans and black olives to ours because we are kind of picky eaters and don't like the tomatoes or onions. I thought it was pretty good, but it tasted like it was still missing something. Maybe we'll try the corn with it next time. My husband really liked it.

(and very easy to make). I took leftovers to work and everyone wanted the recipe for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a great crowd pleaser! This is a great crowd pleaser! My husband and neighbors loved it! Thanks for the tip of using it as a dip. I was trying to figure out how to keep the chips from getting soggy. I am going to try this for a Cinco de Mayo party tomorrow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This meal was just delicious and easy! This meal was just delicious and easy! I served it with extra chips on the side for dunking any remains on your plate that might not have a chip! It had a high quality taste and remained hot unlike most nacho dishes. Very good!
