First I fried the onions and zucchini in Olive Oil, Butter and salted - until completely soft and done. Removed to a warm plate. Cooked Chicken in Olive Oil and Butter with Salt and Emeril's Original Essence Seasoning until Almost Done. Then I added Chicken Broth Instead of Water to the chicken-added macaroni and cooked until done - 12 min. THEN I ADDED back the vegetables, tomato's, cheese sauce - this was more flavorful then the original recipe. =) Just be sure to Salt, Salt, Salt between each sequence.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I liked the ease of the recipe! I liked the ease of the recipe! I didn't add all of the water it called for, i just added about 11/2 cups, so it didn't turn out watery but the pasta kinda fell apart. I added frozen broccoli instead of the Zucchini and fresh red pepper. I also added a pinch of Garlic Powder, minced onions(along with the chopped onions) and a pinch of black pepper. All in all i liked this and would make it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was tasty. This was tasty. I made a substitution since I didn't have stewed tomatoes. I used the basil, oregano, garlic tomatoes instead and only used 1/2 tsp or so oregano. I also served my grilled left over chicken on the side instead of in the mixture and cooked the veges (salt and pep) separate from the mac and cheese and just mixed it all at the end. Great taste. Will make again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The tomatos aren't too strong if you thoroughly drain them before you put them in. The tomatos aren't too strong if you thoroughly drain them before you put them in. I ended up adding more to mine. Also, for flavor I cook the chicken the italian dressing before I add the rest of the ingredients. I also added pineapple chunks to my recipe, which tastes really good with the tomato and cheese. My family loves it.

I wasn't sure how I would like this dish when I made it, but I am pleased to say that I was very suprised with how much I liked it. My husband is not much of one for dishes that taste "healthy", but with this dish he could hardly wait until I was finished cooking it before he started fixing his plate. We both love this dish!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hubby loved this, which I thought was interesting, since I thought it was only passable. Hubby loved this, which I thought was interesting, since I thought it was only passable. The "Deluxe" mac & cheese gives it a very Velveeta like flavor, which I am not a fan of. I may try it with the regular mac & cheese and just use two boxes and add some milk to reconstitute the cheese packet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband and I loved it. My husband and I loved it. I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I left out the zucchini and put in a small can of diced green chilies which gave it a nice little kick, and a can of corn. I used Head County spice instead of oregano. When I make it again I won't be adding the stewed tomatoes.
