Cheesy One-Skillet Pasta

KRAFT Singles, mozzarella and grated Parmesan make this beefy rigatoni dish a 3-cheese, single skillet party.

What You Need

1
lb.  ground beef
2
cloves  garlic, minced
2
cups  water
3-1/3
cups  rigatoni pasta, uncooked
1
can   (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1
tsp.  Italian seasoning
4
 KRAFT Singles, cut into quarters
2
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat with garlic in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet. Stir in water. Bring to boil. Add pasta; stir. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or just until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

STIR in tomato sauce and seasoning; simmer 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add Parmesan and Singles; cook 5 min. or until Singles are melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.

TOP with mozzarella. Remove from heat. Let stand 2 min. or until melted.
