  • Melt margarine in small skillet on medium heat. Add sweet onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until tender. Cool slightly.
  • Place sweet onions, sour cream, cheese, bacon and peppers in food processor; pulse just until blended.
  • Spoon into medium serving bowl. Stir in green onions. Refrigerate 4 hours.
