  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Make cut in one long side of each chicken breast, being careful to not cut through to opposite side. Fill pockets with pepper strips and mozzarella.
  • Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; top with combined Parmesan and garlic powder.
  • Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  • Serve chicken with stuffing.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute 1 cup thin pepper strips from a mix of different colored peppers for the whole red pepper for a more colorful dish. Use any leftover peppers in a tossed salad or omelet.
