Since this recipe makes enough dough for 4 crusts, you can store any unused dough in the refrigerator or freezer to have on hand for a quick pizza. Or if serving a crowd, you can use all the dough to make 4 pizzas.
Place each of any remaining dough pieces in separate resealable freezer-weight plastic bags that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Seal bags; refrigerate up to 2 days or freeze up to 3 months. If freezing the dough, thaw it overnight in the refrigerator before using as directed.
