We made this dip last night and the whole family really enjoyed it with bread and cracker dippers. Didn't love it with cauliflower and carrots though. I do think it would be great with some of the suggested dipper variations like mushrooms, peppers and especially tortellini. Overall, a VERY easy and quick dip to make.
