Roasted poblano chiles are stuffed inside and heaped on top of these cheesy burgers.

What You Need

 poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and deveined, divided
1-1/2
lb.  ground beef
2
cloves  garlic, minced
1
 onion, cut into 4 slices
6
 KRAFT Singles
6
 hamburger buns

Tbsp.  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

CHOP 2 chiles; mix with meat and garlic. Shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

GRILL patties and onions 4 to 5 min. on each side or until patties are done (160ºF). Meanwhile, cut remaining chiles into strips. Top burgers with Singles; grill until Singles are melted.

SPREAD buns with mayo; fill with cheeseburgers, chili strips and onions, separated into rings.

Serve with fruit salad and a crisp mixed green salad.
Variation
Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Singles and KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
