Cheesy Potato & Ham Skillet

Thinly sliced potatoes cook up quickly in this fast and Cheddar-cheesy skillet dish with ham steak and green onions.

What You Need

lb.  potatoes, thinly sliced (3 cups)
1-1/2
cups  water
1/2
lb.  ham steak, cut into thin strips
1
cup  KRAFT Cheddar CLASSIC MELTS Cheddar & American
1/4
cup  milk
2
 green onions, sliced
1
tsp.  dry mustard
1/4
tsp.  pepper

Make It

BRING potatoes and water to boil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. (Do not drain.)

ADD remaining ingredients; stir gently. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
