  • Combine cheese and onions. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. cheese mixture onto center of each tortilla; fold in half to completely enclose filling.
  • Cook, 1 or 2 at a time, in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
  • Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa.

I found it easier to use the a shell on the bottom, add the 2 tbsp, then a shell on top. Just be careful when you flip them in the pan. Came out really good. I also used a Mexican cheese mixture that had jalapeno cheese in the mix. Very good. Can't wait to try it with chicken. And fast to make.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These were great! These were great! I chose not to fold the tortillas in half but to add a second shell on top of the first. I also used Velveeta cheddar cheese in some and their Mexican variety in others. Everyone loved them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very easy. Very easy. I added fajita chicken and diced onion. After grilling them in the skillet I placed them in the oven for a few minutes to thoroughly melt the cheese. My husband and daughter really liked them. I will be making this again and again.

I make some changes- I stir-fry frozen sweet corn and a little onion with a pinch of garlic powder, and set aside to add when cheese melts. I also add torn-up kraft singles to the shredded cheese for a creamier filling. Very popular snack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "I did not have green peppers. "I did not have green peppers. So I used pepperoni's with sliced cheese and black olives with mushrooms. It was like individual pizzas folded up. My kids loved it for lunch. I added carrots and grapes and a glass of water to make a meal.

This recipe was very good....The only things I did different was put garlic powder and let it sit for about 20 mins and didn't put the whole can of sauce in it. It was really good I will be cooking this again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good, the kids loved it! Very good, the kids loved it! I added seasoned ground beef for the adults with salsa and sour cream on the side. Wonderful snack and great for hot days since it doesn't heat up the kitchen too much!
