Place 2 chicken breasts in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Pound chicken with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until chicken is 1/4-inch thick. Remove chicken from bag; set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.

I love this recipe! I just made it tonight for my picky eater' s. The great thing about this is you can use whatever ingredient you have on hand. Instead of the broccoli, I used fresh peas. I also used chicken rice, sauteed shallots that I added in and then topped with the ranch dressing and some extra cheddar cheese on top. like another reviewer said, don't over cook the chicken. because I sliced my breast very thin, it only took 28 minutes. I did use a little more cream cheese and added extra spices to the mixture and then seasoned the chicken. Very good and everyone is impressed when it's a stuffed chicken!
