Cheesy Roasted Cauliflower

What You Need

cups cauliflower florets

red onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

Juice from 1 large lemon (about 1/4 cup)

Tbsp. olive oil

1/4

tsp. black pepper

1/4

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1-1/2

cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 450ºF.

COMBINE first 5 ingredients; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 40 min., stirring after 20 min.

STIR in sour cream. Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

A good idea, but I didn't like the sour cream on this at all. I may try it again, adding more seasoning to the cauliflower (maybe lemon pepper), then topping with the cheese at the end.

I followed this recipe exactly. Everything burned. 450 degrees is too hot. My oven works properly. Was this recipe even tested? I would give it no stars if i could.

We did not care for this recipe at all. I think the problem was with the lemon juice. We will attempt the recipe again omitting the lemon juice

I made this for a dinner party I had and it was a big hit. It is something different then just plain buttered cauliflower. Will make it again for my church's Mother Daughter Banquet.
