Rated 3 out of 5 by from A good idea, but I didn't like the sour cream on this at all. A good idea, but I didn't like the sour cream on this at all. I may try it again, adding more seasoning to the cauliflower (maybe lemon pepper), then topping with the cheese at the end.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save Your Money! Really ... Onions, lemon & sour cream?? Dry & nasty. Did I miss something? Made exactly and through most of it out. No side dish with tonight's pork chops! Forced down what I could, but it had to go! Defiantly not cooked! Tough vegetables should be saved for dip. If I wanted it basically raw, I would have made dip. I've made MANY Kraft items.. But this is NOT up to their standards. Did they make it and eat it??
