  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
  • Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 1 hour or until center is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Let stand 3 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices to serve.

    This was a great meatloaf. I added onion and green pepper and put cheese and more salsa on top the last 20 minutes. Very moist and flavorful.

    Have been making my Mom's meatloaf for years, this is taking that place! Loved it, and family also. Used Italian brd. crmbs. and added chpd. onion and chpd. poblano pep. cause I needed to use it up. Put add. salsa on top with 10 mins. left. Absolutely awesome! I hope the smell never leaves my house
