This recipe is fantastic! My family never liked meatloaf until I made this. Now they actually ask me to make it. Definitely a recipe to add to your collection.

what you need

2
lb. ground beef
1-1/2
cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2
cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/4
cup milk
1/4
cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1
 egg, lightly beaten
1
clove  garlic, minced

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.

SHAPE into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan.

BAKE 1 hour or until center is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Let stand 3 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices to serve.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, substituting BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce for the salsa.
Keeping It Safe
Cook meatloaf until meat thermometer inserted into center of loaf registers 160°F and meatloaf is no longer pink in center.
