I made this for Christmas dinner. I used red potatoes with skin on and baby carrots cut thin lengthwise and sprinkled extra cheese on top. Everybody LOVED it! Will definitely make again!
My husband and I loved it. Was a nice change. Goes very well with beef, pork and chicken. Haven't tried ham but expect it will.
Great as a leftover (planovers in my house)and microwaves just as well as having it the first time. Will make again and again.
