Instead of using a 12 inch pizza I used the smaller individual pizzas which were 6 inches each. I substitued a vegetarian cheese for the velvetta and it was one of the best things I've ever tasted! Great breakfast dish for the family and great for taking with you when you're on the run.
This was SO yummy! I made it for a family brunch and everyone loved it from the kids to the adults.
