    I love mashed potatoes and these were so good. My kids loved them too and they had no idea they were eating cauliflower, I doubled the recipe too....yum!

    I omitted the cauliflower. Neither my husband or I are fans. ANd I thought this lacked flavor. I think it needed seasoning or butter.
