This is the best chicken dish ever! Did make a few changes. First I marinated chicken in lemon juice. Added seasonings. Then cooked onions and peppers in tsp. olive oil instead of bacon (healthier). Changed dressing to roasted red pepper Italian dressing.
Simple, quick and yummy! My husband LOVED it. I was surprised on how much he loved it!
