Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this Saturday night and it was a huge HIT ! I made this Saturday night and it was a huge HIT ! My guest loved it. The only thing I changed is I used the Velveeta white queso cheese instead of regular Velveeta and instead of cooking bacon I used the REAL bacon bits found in the salad dressing aisle at any grocery store. It was so yummy! A nice change from the hamburger gueso (and a lot less greasy!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a very easy but delicious recipe! This is a very easy but delicious recipe! I recently took it to a party and honestly, virtually everyone there asked me for the recipe--both the women and men. The amount made in this recipe fills a 1.5 quart crock pot perfectly. I think the next time I make it I will spice it up a bit with cumin and/or tobacco sauce.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This recipe was not as good as I expected. This recipe was not as good as I expected. It tasted very bland. I mainly tasted the Velveeta cheese. I put more bacon than the recipe called for, but that still didn't help the taste. I may try it, again. But this time, I will put more Rotel, a lot less Velveeta, and maybe a little more cream cheese.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This recipe was ok. This recipe was ok. It wasn't near as good as I expected. It tasted better after sitting a couple of days in the refrigerator. Even with 3 boys and a husband that eats nearly anything, this recipe lasted about a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decided to try this one game day instead of the standard Velvetta and Rotel dip. Decided to try this one game day instead of the standard Velvetta and Rotel dip. My husband loved the bacon flavor and I felt like the spinach made it somewhat "healthy". We've made it several times since.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great dip. This is a great dip. Everyone raved about how good it is. They party said it is a keeper and make it again. I doubled the recipe except for the spinach and almost all of it was gone.
