I have made this with other veggies and with no veggies I love this recipe! My only change is 2% Velveeta and 1% milk. I have even made it with an 1/2 can of black bean(drained and rinsed)and 2 tablespoons of salsa! Next I am trying it with cooked cubed potatoes and cooked lean ground beef. Love it!
