This is a very simple recipe, which gets an A in my book. I did make a few changes because I didn't have everything. I used olive oil instead of margarine, onion buns in place of the kaiser rolls, and I didn't have any mushrooms. Because I had regular buns, I sliced the cube steak into strips. I had grated cheese on hand so I used that as well. I roasted potato wedges tossed with olive oil, sea salt, ground pepper, and italion seasoning. This recipe is definately staying on our regular menu!
