Did not at cranberries or nuts (ew) and it turned out perfectly! Very tasty and everyone in the family loves it. It now belongs to my top favorite side dishes!
Did not have walnuts so used hazelnuts, and substituted chicken broth for the water. Very tasty! Next time I think I will add a little onion. Makes a good lunch with fruit.
