My husband And I loved this recipe and it was so easy to customize to our own tastes.
The only things that I adjust was to add 1/2 green pepper diced, half red pepper diced and a 1/4 of a vidalia onion diced. I added these after the meat cooked and before I added the re fried beans. Also, I didnt have burrito size tortillas but did have normal tortillas. I lined two pie pans with 2 1/2 tortillas each and split the meat mixture between the two! Amazing. We topped ours with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream! I will surely keep this meal in my arsenal.
