  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in seasonings and beans; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Place tortilla in 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray, with edge of tortilla extending over side of pie plate. Fill with meat mixture.
  • Bake 10 min. or until heated through; top with Singles. Bake 2 min. or until Singles are melted.

Special Extra

Top with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and/or salsa before serving.

The only things that I adjust was to add 1/2 green pepper diced, half red pepper diced and a 1/4 of a vidalia onion diced. I added these after the meat cooked and before I added the re fried beans. Also, I didnt have burrito size tortillas but did have normal tortillas. I lined two pie pans with 2 1/2 tortillas each and split the meat mixture between the two! Amazing. We topped ours with chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream! I will surely keep this meal in my arsenal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Different The recipe was very easy, viewing the recipe for the first time I knew I had to try it. The only ingredient i would add is some liquid, it was dry. I topped it with tomatoes onions lettuce & sir cream. Other than that I will make again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was very easy to make! This was very easy to make! My friend doesnt like beans so I omitted those, added 1 tbsp of Beef Base for extra flavor and we topped ours with fiesta cheese, salsa, and tomatos! it was great and will definitely do this again!

I omitted the beans and used a nacho cheese sauce instead, the covered with shredded cheddar cheese. Then topped with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, taco sauce and sour cream. It was really good!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is one of my new go to recipe. This is one of my new go to recipe. It is so easy and both my 14 son and husband love it. I did add to extra ingredients. A 1/4 table spoon of nutmeg and some parsley. It was wonderful.
