Serve this hearty main-dish soup with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.

Really easy to make. It doesn't make a whole lot so it would be perfect for 1-3 people.
I made this and followed the recipe as written, and to put it nicely this is soup is very bland. I had to make many additions to get it to taste decent enough to serve for supper. I wouldn't make this again unless I were to use this as a base recipe only.
This has been a big hit with my family and friends. It's one of my most requested dish to bring to get-togethers. I will often double the recipe but if you don't want it too spicy, then don't add 2 packages of the taco seasoning. This also works great in the crockpot.
