Serve this hearty main-dish soup with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Chop 1 each small green pepper and onion; combine with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro. Spoon over individual bowls of soup just before serving.

We LOVED it!!! After taking the meat off of the roasted chicken, I put the ******* in boiling water, thus used the broth from that instead of canned....Yum! Also used a can of Rotel instead of regular tomatoes. Could get away with only using 1/2 of the Taco seasoning pkg., unless you like it a bit spicier than use all of it!
Really easy to make. It doesn't make a whole lot so it would be perfect for 1-3 people.
I made this and followed the recipe as written, and to put it nicely this is soup is very bland. I had to make many additions to get it to taste decent enough to serve for supper. I wouldn't make this again unless I were to use this as a base recipe only.
