I would alter a few things in this recipe. Not as good as I had hoped.
I modified it. I mixed 2/3 cups of corn flake crumbs and 1/3 bread crumbs. 1/4 cup parmesan, 2 cans tuna, 2 eggs, 1/8 cup ranch dressing and pinches of pepper, season salt, onion powder and poultry seasoning. Awesome!!
it was surprizly good but i didn't use mushrooms.it a good quick pantry fix for dinner stead of thawing something out.
