Substitute 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef, cooked and drained, for the tuna.
Assemble casserole as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, covered, at 375°F for 40 to 45 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese; continue as directed.

Well, it's edible. We did not care for this recipe.
Very good! I just didn't have the macaroni with the cheese packet, so I used a different pasta and velveeta cheese. It worked out great!
I wish I had read the reviews-it was easy all right, but EXTREMLY bland. I would have to add A LOT of extras for flavor. Not something I am making again.
