How to Store Cheese
Because cheese is a natural product, it continues to change with time. The best temperature to store cheese at is about 40°F. Some refrigerators have a special drawer for storing cheese. Wrap cheese in foil, plastic wrap or a damp towel to prevent cheese from drying out. Be sure to check the cheese regularly for freshness.
