Good base, but felt something was missing. Added more salsa and a few more spices, turned out good enough to make it again. Loved the turkey, get bored with chicken all the time.
Love this one!! Making a double batch now (1 to freeze). It's a favorite with my 4 yr old and husband who hate onions but like the flavor. Sometimes we splurge and use the super good white flour tortillas ;) my husband compares it to a healthy alternative to Chipotle...which has made him choose brown rice when eating at Chipotle!!!!
My kids loved this dish, it was delicious. I doubled the recipe, so everyone had seconds. I didn't have brown rice so I used white instead. I served it along with a green salad.
