Cheesy Zucchini & Pork Skillet Chili

What's in this easy chili skillet? Everything good: ground pork, zucchini, tomatoes, salsa, beans, Cheddar cheese—and sour cream on top.

What You Need

lb.  ground pork
1/2
cup  sliced celery
1/2
cup  sliced zucchini
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1
can  (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
1/4
cup  TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
2
tsp.  chili powder
1/4
tsp.  garlic powder
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/4
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

COOK meat in large nonstick saucepan on medium heat 6 to 8 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Add celery and zucchini; cook 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

ADD next 5 ingredients; stir. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Add 3/4 cup cheese; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until melted.

SERVE topped with sour cream and remaining cheese.
