If you plan to pipe the whipped cream, prepare as directed continuing to beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
For flavored whipped cream, prepare as directed adding your favorite extract or liqueur to taste to the whipping cream with the dissolved gelatine.

Cut off the top of an angel food cake.. Hollowed out the inside of the cake, folded the pieces of angel food cake, sliced strawberries and part of the whipped cream together. Filled the cake and put the top back on. Used the rest of the whipped cream frosting to cover the whole cake and then sprinkled the remaining strawberries on top. Delicious and beautiful!
This tasted great my family loved it. It stays firm just like the store bought cakes with whipped cream and taste great. This I will continue making.
When heating the gelatin remove from heat immediately upon seeing it all dissolved and clear liquid there. I over did it the first time, kept it heating for the full two minutes and it clumped up and would not blend with the creme. Other then that mistake it was great tasting whip creme, just like the store bought cakes!
