I made a double batch for a Christmas party. Everyone loved it, great presentation and absolutely delicious. I am making it again today for another party.

What You Need

pkg.  (1 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
1-1/4
cups  cold fat-free milk
1/2
tsp.  almond extract, divided
1
cup  thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
2
Tbsp.  PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted, chopped and divided
1
can  (21 oz.) light cherry pie filling

Make It

BEAT pudding mix, milk and 1/4 tsp. extract in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP and 1 Tbsp. nuts.

MIX cherry pie filling and remaining extract. Spoon into 8 dessert glasses alternately with pudding mixture.

TOP with remaining nuts.

Spread nuts in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 7 min. or until lightly toasted.

Make Ahead
Desserts can be made ahead of time. Assemble as directed, but do not top with remaining nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then top with remaining nuts.
