This is outstanding!!! Everytime I take it to a
pot-luck, party or what ever the occasion, everyone wants the recipe. I did add a little something more to it tho', soften cream cheese (8 oz. pkg.) to the Cool Whip before adding it to the Jell-O. You can also use other Jell-O besides cherry, as I have done this with blueberries and it's "Oh, so Good"!!! Every now and then to make it different, I also add some pecan's, but you have to watch out for people who have a reaction to them.....just improves the flavor.
