Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of my favorite go to desserts. I have been making this for several years. It is really light and refreshing. You can add so many different things into the base to give it many different tastes. Crush some cookies into it and sprinkle some on top is a really fast and easy alternative.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this recipe. I love this recipe. It's easy to jazz it up too. For example, during this time of year you can usually find the General Foods International Coffees Limited Edition Pumpkin Spice. If you add 1/3 cup of that after mixing the cream cheese and sugar and use the French Vanilla Cool Whip, it makes a great Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a very GOOD cheesecake. This was a very GOOD cheesecake. In fact, my husband doesn't really like cheesecakes but when I told him to try this, he loved it and actually ate more than a slice [to me, that was good considering the above just mentioned]. I even invited my brother over for company and I offered him a slice and he kept on saying "this is soooo good, man, this is good". We just love this recipe!! Keep up the good work, Kraft!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Fluffy Cheesecake was EXCELLENT! This Fluffy Cheesecake was EXCELLENT! I made it 3 x's in the same week, it was such a big hit at our house. It is wonderful for Low Carb counters...especially Atkins Lifestyle people. I used Splenda as opposed to sugar, and I skipped the Crust. So we had a fluffy Cheescake w/o crust and it was so delicious!!! I allow it to chill in the frig for 24hrs and cut it with a cake cutter. Try it!!

It was dilicious everyone in my family had some, and were upset when I said I couldn't make anymore!! The only difference is that I added a layer of whipped cream mixed with sugar and some straberrys between the two layers! It was awsome, and I also realized that the longer I kept it in the fridge the better it got. So I suggest making it 24-48 hours before your get together.

I substitued Splenda for the sugar and used half fat free and half regular cream cheese because I am on a sugar restricted diet. I also added 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and sprinkled chopped pecans on the top. I always make two pies at a time. Everyone at the church pot luck loved it! It is so light and fluffy, there is always room for desert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 'WOW' and 'YUMMY' This is a cheesecake that after you make it you'll never return to baking one. 'WOW' and 'YUMMY' This is a cheesecake that after you make it you'll never return to baking one. This is easy and very good. I has 2 toppins the strawberries and the cherry pie filling. But some of my guest prefer the cake without anything. I would recommend this to all who likes cheesecakes. Thank you Kraft for thinking about us cooks that don't like to bake.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a real no-brainer recipe, I have made it several times. This is a real no-brainer recipe, I have made it several times. You can double it for large holidays and gatherings. If you want it a little more dense with a stronger flavor just use a little less coolwhip. It's also easy to layer using your favorite fruit ,pie filling ! The variation options are only as limited as your imagination *smile*
