  • Spoon cream cheese mixture onto 4 dessert plates. Use back of large spoon to shape each mound into shell.
  • Sprinkle insides of shells with chopped cookies; fill with pie filling.

Variation

    This was fine - but a lot of effort for a very small portion. My family ate it in two bites and looked at me and said "is that it?" But if you're watching calories/sweet intake, it's a decent option.

    In addition to the lighter ingredients suggested in the recipe I also used the light cherry pie filling. This tasted good but either I did something wrong or be prepared for a very small amount of "clouds" for this recipe. It seemed there was barely enough to spread on the plate.
