  • Pat and stretch pizza dough into 15x12-inch rustic rectangle on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; brush with oil. Prick in several places with fork; top with 1 cup cheese.
  • Combine tomatoes, basil and pepper; spread over crust. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
