Don't be square! When cutting bar cookies, create various shapes. For triangles, first cut the cookies into squares. Then, cut each square diagonally in half to form triangles. For diamonds, cut straight lines down the length of the pan, then cut more straight lines the same width apart diagonally across the pan.
Prepare as directed, mixing 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon with dry ingredients before using as directed.
