  • Mix dressing, flour and milk in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring after 2 min.
  • Stir in all remaining ingredients except rice. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 10 min. (or cook in saucepan on medium heat on stove top) until heated through, stirring every 4 min.

    A great, fast chicken a la king. I used a can of cream of mushroom soup and a half cup of milk instead of the sauce recommended to better season it, and added a few tablespoons of parmesan cheese. I also topped it with bacon bits. Really yummy!

    Very simple to make and was something different in our house to eat. I cooked mine on the stovetop though. I added 1 tsp of chicken bouillon and some of the juice from the canned 'shrooms to the milk, mayo and flour mixture. Also used fresh ground pepper. Instead of rice it was served ontop of hot buttermilk bisquits. Turned out very well, whole family enjoyed it!
